Cricket Clinic drop off/pick up arrangements

The Junior School Kiss and Drop zone at the bottom of the Taylor Field stairs will be the zone to drop off and pick up students attending the clinic. Coaches will be on hand to assist in this process.

- We will look to comply with current health advice in a number of ways.
1. We will register players as they come into the gym and limit parent involvement as they drop off and pick up.
2. Will have multiple bottles of sanitiser stationed around the camp. To be used at different times in the day. On arrival, before recess and lunch.
3. Will have recess and lunch in an outdoor area where benches.
4. Will look to spread players out in accordance with the guidelines at the time. (1.5 m spacing to be adhered to)
5. Equipment to be wiped down with antibacterial wipes where required, however players will be encouraged to use their own equipment and not share that equipment.
6. Parents will be asked to keep any players at home who have signs or symptoms of a cold.
7. Players will be asked to bring their own water bottle.

8. Players are strongly encouraged to bring full finger cotton batting/keeping inners for catching drills.

9. Players temperatures will be taken on arrival.

WHAT TO BRING

• Hat, sunblock, water bottle, playing kit. Helmets must be worn while batting. (we do have some spares)

• Please bring lunch and snacks.

• Water is provided

VIDEO ANALYSIS

• Video analysis of player techniques may be conducted during the clinic. Please advise if you do not wish for footage of your child to be taken.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• Pre-payment is required to secure your place.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the clinic will not be eligible for a refund.

• All prices are inclusive of GST.
